Public holiday detection is based on third-party data from Nager.Date. Accuracy is not guaranteed and users should verify local regulations independently.
safesoundr does not require an account, email login, or name to function. We identify distinct reporting sources via a randomly generated ID that cannot be traced back to your personal identity.
Information you enter into the "Reporter Details" section (Name, Address, Phone) is stored exclusively on your device. This data is used only to populate your professional observation reports and is never transmitted to safesoundr or any third parties.
The PRO upgrade is an annual auto-renewable subscription. Subscriptions are billed yearly and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment processing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. safesoundr does not collect or store your credit card details or financial information.
Audio recordings are stored locally on your device's internal storage. They are never uploaded to our servers. You remain the sole owner and controller of all audio evidence recorded within the app.
safesoundr provides a structured reporting tool for your convenience. The app does not automatically submit reports to any local authority or government body. Any submission of data to third parties is initiated and controlled entirely by you.
safesoundr is an observational logging tool, not a certified acoustic measurement device. The app creator is not liable for any actions, disputes, or legal outcomes resulting from your use of the app or the sharing of reports generated by it.
